Things To Help Speed Up Contraction Labour

Im 34 weeks, and on my 2nd pregnancey. My 1st was born at 34 weeks and the 2nd i was told should be around the same. I am 2 1/2 cm dialated and getting random contractions for almost 2 weeks now, is there any suggestions that would help me get my contractions regular or help induce labour. My insides are very small and cannot hold a fullterm baby, my appointment in on Tuesday, any advice welcome :) thanks

Why is your second baby due at 34 weeks? As a mom of a preemie you must be aware of the risks and complications involved with an early birth. Personally, I would never try to induce an early labor. My ds was in the NICU and it is just a scary, horrible thing for a baby and mom. Try to keep that baby inside as long as you can!

I second that be careful. The longer you can keep it in the better. Up until 37 weeks you have high risks!
