I've had contractions that felt like they weren't going away. So far mine haven't been too painful, they've just kept me hunched over for a while, and it feels like I can never straighten out again. I don't know if there's a break in there somewhere or if it's just a really long contraction or what! :) It makes it difficult to sleep, that's for sure! It's just so hard! "They" tell you to get as much rest as you can especially during the last week or so, but that is the time that it is the most difficult to!!

Hi Ladies, I'm 39+5 today. I just read this thread. I had to join in. I too have the bad acid reflux. And sleep? The thought of sleeping again one day is what keeps me going. Do I miss a good night's sleep. Maybe today will be the day for all of us. I can only hope.

It's gotten to the point where I dread nighttime, I dread going to bed, I dread trying to sleep, because it's just not happening.
