When Will I Go Into Labor

I'm 36 weeks and I have lost my mucus plug and I'm dilate at 1 centimeter and my cervix is 50% thinned I also have a sharp pain in my pelvic every few minutes what does this mean for mean.

Misty I am almost 39 weeks, and i have been dilated at 2 and 50% thinned since week 37 and still no baby...

Misty i am 39 and a half weeks and havent lost my plug and neither dilated or effaced. I have had the pelvic pains you experienced at about 37 weeks. The doctor told me it is most likely from the baby hitting my nerve down there.
