I was 2-3 weeks pregnant and lost the baby I had to do a DNC. The doctor said I can try gain as long as I feel well, but I am hesitant when should I start? Do you think I will miscarry again?

I too had a miscarriage, and was told that it is best to wait two months. However, I do know people that have gotten pg two weeks after a DNC, and they have healthy babies. Best wishes to you. Keep your faith in God.

I had the same thing happen to me. After my womb healed i started to have unprotected s_x again to get pregnant. 3 months later i am 5 weeks pregnant. Start taking prenatal pills in advance to make sure you have good vitamins in your system.

I too had a DNC and asked my doctor when it was okay to get pregnant again. He told me that I am healthy and can get pregnant as soon as I want. But, to be on the safe side I waited five months and am now pregnant again. I think you should just listen to your body and wait until you are comfortable because a pregnancy after a miscarriage is scary enough without worrying if you let your uterus heal.

whe I started trying to get pregnant I had many complications. The first time I miscarried at about 5 weeks, a year later, I had to have an emergency DNC because my dr. feared it was tubal. I was told to wait 3 months before trying again. We waited exactly 3 months, and now I am happy to say that I am currently pregnant and just entered my 5th month with no complications. Hang in there, it will happen for you also! God Bless.

Is it safe to have s_x before your two week checkup after a Dnc.

I too am pregnant, 10 weeks, and just found out that it's a failed pregnancy. I'm going to have a DNC and was told to wait two months before trying to concieve again. Like the others said I'd wait and let your uterus heal before trying. They say have one cycle without trying then try on the next. Miscarriage is an isolated thing. I wouldn't let that worry you going into a new pregnancy. I've had two other perfect pregnancy's and unfortunately it just one of those things.....wasn't meant to be. Good luck to you! I had a mis. and dnc in August. It had taken us 1 yr. 6mn. to conceive. I just finished 1 normal cycle last week and we are now having unprotected s_x. Dr. said it's best to wait 2 cycles. But I am only waiting 1. God bless you
