Brown Discharge Then Bleeding Am I Pregnant

I went to the doctor they told me i had a std and gave me some pills. i took them for 6 days after the six days i had intercourse with my boyfriend. like weeks later i started seeing a brown discharge now it is blood when i looked up ectopic pregnancies it said the sign were brown discharges light bleeding etc.. am i pregnant or am i having a miscarrriage?
