Hi all, this is my first time here. I'm 44 with 2 kids and had an unexpected pregnancy. I had a missed abortion just after my 6th week. Very traumatic as I had never miscarried before. Though the preg. wasn't planned, we got attached to the idea of another wee one. Kids want me to try again, husband supports me either way. Dare I risk it? I'll be well over 45 when baby is born.

If you really want another wee one as you put is then consider this- You will be 63 when that child leaves for college and will you be in good enough health to enjoy them and their children. If you in heart can say yes and your health is good enough then go for it. If you are unsure about having one at your age consider adoption you obviosly have a big heart and a lot of love to give.
