I should be 3 months along, but my HCG level a few days ago still showed the same as if I was 1 month. I just had another blood test and it went from 40 to 80. I had an Ultrasound, but the Dr couldn't see anything - no fetus, but it doesn't look tubular. I am experiencing pain and cramping. I have also had spotting. Anyone heard of this or can shed some light?

hi. just wanted to let you know that w/ levels that low they wouldn't see anything on u.s. anyway.In the uterus or in the tubes. Keep an eye on the spotting as it may get heavies if you are going to miscarry. If you are in "pain" I would go to the hospital. If it is just cramping and not on one specific side maybe take some tylenol. Also make sure you have no pain in shoulder. Also, keep an eye on your temp. If you have a fever or chills call your dr.
