Not Sure If I Had A Miscarraige

how do you know if you had a miscarraige. I am planning to get pregnant felt pregnant etc. took a preg test and it was neg. But had bad cramps with blood but is it normal to have blood clots beacuse i usually get them or what does anybody get blood clots. I dont know if i had a miscarraige please help.

it could be your period then, but it is normal to pa__s tissue/clots with a miscarriage, also usually there is a reason why women miscarry early in the piece, as in their is something not quite right with the embryo. don't worry
