i was 7 weeks pregnant when i noticed light spotting that was brownish. when i woke up in the morning i was bleeding really bad. i went to the hosiptal and stayed there for 6 hours! after which they told me that they THINK i had a miscarriage, but there is a possibility of it being a tubal pregnancy. this was yesterday. last night and today, i have had such bad cramping and bleeding really really bad. the pain is so bad i can barly walk (especially at work yesterday). the doctor told me to watch my bleeding and come in if its bad. but how do i know the difference between miscarriage pain, and tubal pregnancy pain?

I too spent 6 hours in the ER, only it was on Saturday. I was told the exact same thing. I wonder if there is a standard script for these situations. All I know is that I could barely sit or walk. I have a Dr. appt tomorrow morning, and I'll share my answers with you in case it will help. I'll keep you in my thoughts.

I went to the ER on Saturday because I started bleeding heavily. My hcg is only at 36, so I know that this isnt going to be a heathy pregnancy and I just miscarried 6 months ago, but I don't know what to expect if it is an eptopic pregnancy. I don't have a lot of pain but some cramping. I already had one tube and ovary removed when I was younger, and am scared that I will lose my remaining tube. Does this mean I wont be able to get pregnant again??

its nice to know that there are other people out there in the same situation. i wish the best for the both of you. and to Jami, hopefully both our Dr. appt tomorrow morning will go well. why does pregnancy have to be such a gamble? keep my undated on your guys situations, and i'll do the same
