Almost 19 weeks and went to the dr at 15 and hearbeat was strong, will not be having the u/s for another 6 weeks and have not felt the baby move yet. When can I be in the clear that I will not miscarry?

I don't think there is ever a 100% guarentee with anything, but you're out of the first trimester, so your chances have greatly reduced!
