Pregnant Amp Have Uterine Polyps Anyone Have Advice

Hi! Was told last week I had unterine polyps and that I need to have surgery..We have been trying to get pregnant for a while and yesterday I had a positive test. I have symptoms and was wondering if I should be scared about miscarriage. Things I have read has said it increases your chance.. I wanted to know if anyone had a successful pregnancy with polyps? ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT!!!!! I AM AROUND 5-6 WEEKS ALONG.. SEE DOCTOR APRIL 12TH..
