IS it possible to have a miscarriage without even knowing and could you get pregnant again thinking it might be the same pregnancy when really it could be a different one. has anybody ever heard of this.

Sounds very unlikely. If you had a miscarriage, you would have bleeding. Also, after a miscarriage, it usually takes the body 4-6 weeks to get back to normal hormone levels where you would ovulate again.
