Sac Different Size Then Baby

YESTERDAY I WENT TO THE DOCTOR, AND THE SAC WAS A DIFFERENT SIZE THEN THE BABY BY 2 WEEKS. IS THIS NORMAL? I'M REALLY SCARED. BABY MEASURED 9 WEEKS AND THE SAC MEASURED 7 WEEKS.

or maybe it's the other way around, i'm just freaking out because i lost my last baby at 18 weeks in november and i don't want to lose this one!
