i have told that i have a stenotic cervix. i have not been told anything else about it except that i might be considered a high risk pregnancy. has anyone else had a stenotic cervix and carried to term?

Hi Kim,
I'm currently 22 weeks and was told the same thing, all my doc told me was that it may take longer to dialate and that he never had to perform a c-section on anyone who had a stenotic cervix. He never said anything about me being high risk! He did ask if I ever had any cone biopsy's done or trauma to my cervix. He said it's nothing to worry about and I did further research and found that many women have had successful pregnancies!!! Good luck to you!
