I am 8 weeks pregnant now but I am worried that based on my ultrasound there is a growth in gestational sac but no embryonic pole found. Is this a sign of miscarriage?

Not sure when you posted this but what did the Doctor say or the Sonographer? at 8 weeks you should be able to see the fetus - small but defintely see it.

my unltrasound at 20 weeks showed what may be an enlarged kidney/renal area. Dr said most likley nothing to worry about and we will do another u.s. at 24 weeks. What info would you have on this possible diagnosis?
