Rita E - February 21st, 2012 2:41 PM Today I had my fourth ultrasound, the doc says I have an un-progressive pregnancy and am trying to miscarry. I am 40 years old, this was my first pregnancy. I feel like when this is over, I want to try right away again. I know it has worked for others. I am hoping that I don't have to go back on clomid because of my pcos to get pregnant again. I guess I just need some incouragement. Has anyone my age had any luck getting pregnant right away again?

would I have to take ovulation test to see when i ovulate, or just count out like 15 to 18 days?

In october of 2011 i found out i was expecting and was due for my 12wk scan Jan 3rd 12, Boxing day of 2011, i started bleeding, 29th i pa__sed my baby at 12 weeks, it was an awful miscarriage, and i heamoraged. i picked myself up and knew i was pregnant again when i tested late jan 12, positive, everything going well, had early scan on 20th Feb and was dated 5w5d, they wanted me to go for a heart rate scan on 5th March, went back and baby was still 5w5d, i was devastated, could not believe it and couldnt. I demanded another scan and a week later it was confirmed again. I decided to go natural and my baby pa__sed 17th March. ive had a period inbetween this time, and im sure im pregnant again, i want it so bad. scared to take a test and if i was pregnant id be a nervous wreck, it doesn't seem to add up with me that ive had 2 healthy pregnancies then go on to have two concurrent miscarriages. i was born without no thyroid, so im on thyroxine daily for life, my thrroid levels in my 1st pregnany were high but i thought nothing of it, docs seem to think this could of contributed, i dont know. i still grieve for my lost babies and i always tell myself im mother of 4 not 2, it hurts. So sorry for evryones loss and i hope every single one of you goes on to have healthy little bundles. i like this poem and i have it printed on a canva__s .... Hi.. I also just had this happen.. My Son stopped growing at 12 weeks and his heart beat stopped at 15 weeks.. i had An D&C at 16weeks.. (when i found out my baby pa__sed) From what i understand you can get pregnant soon after... However it is best that you wait a month. My doctor told me to try after my first period... After your baby has come out of your body you will have some bleeding. Mine has lasted 10days now.. it has been super light... but none the less still there.. Im sorry for your loss.. I know how if feels.. its still very fresh in my life also. Nothing anyone says will make you feel better... Make sure that you and your partner take the time that you need to heal your hearts.. that is most important... the next time you get pregnant you will be so scared that you will lose your next baby.. walking on egg shells from what i understand.. so make sure you take your time to heal.. dont rush.. there is nothing like having a health baby to love and hold.. you will get there... love and hugs to u and urs..

Hi i got told at 10Wk scam that my baby heart stopped at 9 Wk 3 days. I was devastated. I bled for 4 days and then it stopped and it has been intermittent ever since. It is more like black blood coming away but one day clear next day I'm slow bleeding. This is day 14 since my dnc and I am still getting slight pains. I did a ovulation test today and it read positive. I have done dtd 3 times on the days where I thought bleeding had stopped. Is the bleeding normal and can the ovulation test be wrong. Any help/advice would be great x

hi every1 im sorry for your lost.i had an ultrasound on the 9of july 2012 and found out my baby didnt grow pa__s 6wks 3dys and i was suppose to be 11weeks and plus it didnt have a heart beat i had a D&C done on the 11of july! devastating anyway bled for 9days and it stopped! its 24 days now after my period still didnt come back yet but i went to my gyn on 28 and he gave the go ahead to try because he said its not really necessary to wait because if your body bisnt ready to get pregnant it wont plus if the lining is thin the egg wont stick i will get my period! and waiting to know my LMP to know my due date isnt necessary thats what ultrasound are made for lol so go right ahead ! only problem is my husband wants to wait a year or so and it making me sad and frustrated! baby dust to all and i wish u all the best! lots of prayer

I just had a loss  as well.  My Dr had me wait one week after bleeding stopped and then I took a home pregnancy test to make sure my levels were back to zero.  I tested negative.  If you didn't do this I would call your Dr.   They may just check your levels in the office.  Hoping your next pregnancy is healthy.  So sorry for your loss.

I had mc at 6weeks on Oct 4th, I haven't had a period yet and having pregnant like symptoms also. My first mc 6 months ago I recovered fairly quickly and had a period within a month.  So far no period so gonna try and not think about it, I know your most fertile following a misscariage . Hello, I am hoping that this thread is still active. I need to know your insights. This can be a long story :-( I had MC last January 25 at 13 Weeks and 3 days. I waited for this pregnancy for almost 10 years because I was told I have PCOS. I was really losing hope being pregnant then I feel that my vertigo was a little different. I stopped taking my meds and just have this instinct of doing a PT after a week. That was when I found out, I was pregnant. I just turned 34 and this is my first pregnancy. I did not have D&C, i passed my baby naturally while taking a bath. No heavy cramping or whatsoever. I just felt like I was hungry or I need to go to the toilet when I woke up and there I caught my baby when he passed out with my hands. I was told by my GYN that I was lucky since I do not have to undergo any surgery. I only bled for 2 days then had spotting for 3 days. I had unprotected sex by January 30 and I tested negative (using a home PT kit) last Saturday ( February 25). I feel nauseaous and irritated like last time minus the soreness of my breast. But my nipples are a bit darker right now. Is it just to early to test? Is there a possibility of being pregnant again? I really want to have a baby.Please help.
