As of my LP I am about 6 weeks pregnant. Atleast I thought so. I started spotting yesterday then turned a little heavier so I went to the ER. They said my HCG levels were good but when I went in for an internal ultrasound they found no sac, no heartbeat and no baby. My bleeding turned back to barely spotting the same night. Is there a chance that this could turn out OK?
