Hello, I found out I was pregnant February 19, 2013 and the next day I started spotting and went to the hospital on February 20 . They told me that I didn't look like I needed a D&C because they could not see a baby and that I should pass it on my own. I live in Germany and do not speak German after the hospital visit they didn't tell me what to expect because they don't speak very good English . Late night on February 20th I bleed very heavy and passed two very big clots but with very little cramping , is that normal ? And I have only been bleeding for 3 days now , but every night before I go to sleep I stop bleeding and then start again in the morning , is that also normal ? I have not had very many cramps and don't feel any different but they told me I might have only been 3 to 4 weeks along . I am really scared and nervous because when they tested my HCG hormone it was only at 11 and they said I had to be retested this coming up week to see if it will be lower. I live this coming up week to go back to the states , is flying right after a miscarriage safe also ? If anyone has any information to give I would deeply Thank you for it .
