kar-have you taken an hpt yet? I do not know when I ovulated...no idea. what I can say is that I felt my b___st to become tender like last time and this sounds weird but I had bad gas pains, not actual gas but the "rumbling" and felt like gas but never was-I had this before. I decided to test despite my nervousness...the First Response tests very sensitive levels so that came back positive. I then went and got a Target brand test which detects a pg once you have higher hcg levels and that came back positive so I called my doctor who had me come in for a hcg test 2 days to determine my levels were increasing and they tripled. are you having any symptoms? my doctor was sure I wasnt pg until the test came back, only you know your body!

Staci---I am so happy for you that you are PG again. I have read a lot of your posts and I know how desperate you were to get pg again. God bless you and I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy. Don't stress. I had my M/c on 3/21 at 5 weeks. I just got my af last week (1st one since) and we will be trying again this month. Hoping for that BFP this month.

staci....I havent taken one in about 1 1/2 weeks....my last one was neg.... I too have been having the rumbling gas but not to much gas...Plan on taking hpt friday...do you usually have ovulation symptoms? I usually have a hrad time detecting ovulation unless I use temps...

Julie- Same here. I had my m/c on 3/25. Just got A/F on 4/22 and am so excited to try again even though the DH and I tried religiously afte m/c and nothing. Do some women just not ovulate after natural m/c. I have read more women falling pg after D & C than a natural m/c. Good luch with you and lots ob baby dust your way. Send any leftovers my way. girls, you have no idea how much your thoughts and prayers mean to me, I need it! I wish you all baby dust and a happy and healthy pg. yesterday, on a side note, I went to visit my friend who had a baby in the hospital and had to walk past where i had to go and have my D&C, it brought back such bad feelings, I am hoping and praying I, nor anyone else, ever has to go through that again! I pray for everyone! thank you julie and k-good luck to you and ttc! baby dust to you********* kar-my cycles were never normal, I would get af anywhere from 30-34 days each time...unfortuntately I never could pinpoint ovulation so I used the Clear Blue Fertility monitor, it helped to tell me when I ovulated, it generally was 18 days after af. FYI

p.s. I used the clear blue monitor prior to m/c-this time we didnt know anything as to when I wouldve been ovulating, it was a surprise to us! I hope this pg lasts...baby dust to everyone!

I had a miscarriage 2 years ago and now I had another one on April 20th. My doc thinks I should see a fertility doctor before I start trying again. Its very expensive to do this...has anyone elses doc suggested this to them? We feel like maybe we should see one to see if theres something wrong beings its happened twice...but maybe we need to just try again. Any suggestions?

Gretchen, see another Doctor for another opinion. I had a m/c in 1995 and I just had another one on 4/18 but i also have 2 kids 5 & 6 yrs old. I think you should wait for your body to get back to normal and then try again and if it happens again and I know we all pray it doesn't, then see a different DR. Your m/c are far apart, they're not close together that should mean something. I hope I helped a little

Staci, Congrats on your pregnancy. I started to ttc . keep us posted throughout your pregnancy , so we can all be as lucky as you are to have a blessing like this one .

This is my first time here. I was trying to get pregnant for 16 months and finally I got pregnant after my fallopian tube test. I was sooo happy but unfortunately I m/c on April 10th. It was horrible. ER told me that I don't need d&C and I didn't need one. I pa__sed blood cloths naturally. I tested my HCG level on April 22nd and my level was 5. I wanted to try right away but my husband is scared to try. I feel fine right now and we started to try again on April 30th. I'm not sure if I ovulated, but my b___sts are tender and swollen. They hurt a lot. I'm really hoping to get pregnant sooner....hopefully It's not going to take another 16 months to get pregnat. Note: My coworker had m/c and she got pregnat right away (no period). She had a Healthy pregnancy and a beautiful daughter. I wish you all the best and I will keep you updated with my status. If you have any suggestions please do so.

I miscarried 4-5-05 and took a hpt yesterday that was positive! I'm excited but nervous. I'm not sure when I conceived. My husband and I had unprotected s_x a couple of times since the miscarriage. We weren't really trying yet as my dr told me to wait one cycle. We obviously weren't being really careful either. Good luck everyone!

jen-good luck, are you going in to have your levels tested? thinking of you! it is so rea__suring to hear stories of those who have had successful pg's since a m/c. I feel like all you hear about are those who suffer another m/c. I am hopeful about this pg, although my nerves and fears set in at times. we havent told a soul yet, aside from my friends and confidants here on this site. I am too afraid to share the news for fear of having to turn around and say that we m/c'd, it was too devastating last time. sending warm thoughts to everyone, my u/s is set for 5/16 I will keep you posted, please pray for us as I am for all of you!

Congratulations Stacy and Good Luck Jen!!! My prayers are with both of you. Question: Does HSG test improve fertlility? The reason I'm asking is because I had this test on March 8th and I got pregnant right after the test. Before that I've been trying to get pregnant for 16 months. Do you think that HSG test helped me get my fertility back? Did I miscarry because I got pregnant right after the test?
