I have been to the hospital twice thinking I was going to deliver! It was scary! I get them at least 3x a day! They hurt!!! My hubbie finished painting the baby's room tonight! I can't wait to organize it now! I am off work so I have some time to get things ready. Hope everyone is doing well! Keep in touch!

Hey girls! I don't know if anyone ever looks at this site anymore, so if you are out there....... Well my update. I did my last round of clomid in June. BFN. Today is cd 4. I went to the doc yesterday for a follow up apt and saw his a__sociate and he wanted to do 6-12 more rounds of the clomid! I said no, we want to try on our own for a while and put it in God's hands. Then he suggested a HSG, I've had one in 04. Then I asked about my weight gain over the past 3 years and he said he's not concerned about my weight that its not a problem and asked about diabetes in my family. I said yes, so now I'm being tested for pcos!!!! I might have the results tomorrow. I have some symptoms of it, but I don't know. I hope all is well with you all, the new babies, any new preggers, and those of us still ttc.

Hi! It's me...returning sheepishly. :) I AM still here! Congrats on the new babies, Melissa and Daniella! I'm sure that life is blissfully hectic. I'm 36 weeks and 1 day today. 27 days. WOO! We moved, I've been through rounds and rouonds of testing with my awful doc because of miscommunication over the GD test. I hit borderline on a couple of numbers, BUT that was after not eating for 15 or so hours and no sleep. My numbers have been fine. She stayed concerned because, at 32 weeks (yes, 32!), the baby was already measuring 5 lbs 7 oz. I know that it can be way off, but I'm actually sort of measuring for that. I can feel the little one poking in every direction at once. We have giant babies in our families (10-pounders!), so this is really no surprise. I'm guessing that if I gave birth today, it would still be a 7 1/2-pound baby!! Still trying to get unpacked, I haven't gotten insurance worked out, we don't have names, the nursery isn't set up, we don't have diapers made, and the list goes on. Wish us luck. I'm exhausted. :) And how are YOU ladies doing?!

Jody, I'm still here! Baby Autumn is doing awesome, and is 2 months and 12 days old. almost 2 1/2 months. She's a really good baby, and so d__n cute! you can go to my page and see some pix of her...www.myspace.com/melschmel......hopefully that' ll work. so you're almost there! i thought i had a while to go, but she came at 35 weeks with no warning! I wish the best for you, with a good delivery and a healthy baby! It's definitely a new experience, and you won't be able to believe that you did it. Good luck to ya. ~Melissa

cd 29
The pcos tests came back negative. That's good, but still doesn't explain the irregular cycles. I don't think that this is our month. I'm afraid to test. I'll probably wait til the end of this week or next week to see if af shows up... Hope everyone is doing well. I'm really tired. I started a second job to pay for all of our medical bills from all of this IF testing and treatment that our insurance doesn't cover! I'd love to hear from everyone.

Melissa! She's soooooooo cuuuuuuuute! You guys must be so proud. She looks so healthy, too, which is wonderful for a preemie! Tiffany, I'm glad to hear that the PCOS tests are negative. I'm sure that you just want answers. What's next on the agenda? Congrats on the new job, but WHEW! you must be exhausted. I hope that all of this works and that you have to quit a job to start preparing for a baby rather than preparing to prepare for one. Make sense? My update is above... I hope that everyone else is doing well, too! It's nice to be able to get on here to check on you ladies! :) Jessica

Hi Girls! I am starting out with mild labor! I am in alot of pain! My doc gave me some tylenol3's. I am only 1 cm dilated and could have this baby anytime! Labor pains are more painful then I really imagined. They feel like strong menstrual cramps! Oh well, its only going to get worse, right? I will keep you in touch!

Jody, Congrats on being an Aunt!! Wow! Good Luck, and heres to a healthy, safe and happy delivery!!! Let us know how it goes! I had the epidural at 8.5 cm, almost didn't make it, but I was trying not to have it. Do Not take the neubane... It made DD heart rate drop and made me sleep but I still felt every pain!!!!! It is not a pain killer, just knocks you out! Good Luck and my prayers are with you!

Hi Jody and all you wonder ladies out there. well still have not gotten my BFP yet, started clomid and has done it for two round now. Had another HSG and was told that my right tube was closed and that my left was open when I had this done back in 2003 I was told the opposite so my doc that I have now is going to do another one and see where we go from there. I am so happy for all of you.

I'm very excited to find this site, and feel optimitstic after reading some of your stories! I had a presumed ectopic pg and was treated with methotrexate 3 weeks ago. My Dr said that ttc anytime after the hcg is down to zero is fine. I am finding other info on the internet that implies one should wait 3 months. I understand the thinking behind that - you don't want the folate to be inhibited when you are conceiving. Does anyone have stories of successful pregnancies that began before 3 months after methotrexate? Any other advice? Thanks!

Stargirls,. my successful pregnancy happened 5-6 weeks after the shot. i received it sept 1, spotted for a couple weeks, went for a check up, they said we were ok, and ended up getting preg the second week of october. i was so scared something would go wrong, given i didn't have a normal period before we concieved, but she was born 5 weeks early with NO problems. she is 3 months old today, and gets more beautiful by the day. Good luck to you. all i can say is to take your prenatal vitamins, drink your 64 ounces of water a day, and try to relax. it worked for me. i hope you and the other girls do ok......baby dust to yall!!
