Ejaculate Doesn T Stay In

Hi! My husband and I were pregnant before..but lost the baby at 13 weeks. The first time I got pregnant, I KNEW I was pregnant. Basically that one time all of his ejaculate stayed inside of me. We continue to try for our first child and it's been two years since I was pregnant last. Everytime we make love his ejaculate slips out...and it's not just a little bit...it's a lot. One friend told me she has a sloping uterus which has caused her the same problem I have. I have never heard of this and can't find much information on it. Does anyone know about this? Also...I think it doesn't help that I don't usually have a lot of cervical mucus...and my cycle has been ~40 days...which is improving now that I am on Femera. Just want to know if anyone has any insight to share??? Thanks so much.

What you're seeing is perfectly normal and not caused by a sloping uterus -- remember, your partner ejaculates in your v____a, not your uterus. Many doctors recommend having a pillow or two under your hips so that the ejaculate will pool against your cervix and increase your chances of conception, but it's by no means foolproof -- thousands of women get pregnant without doing anything to try to keep ejaculate inside longer, and thousands of women keep their pelvis tilted for 10-15 minutes afterwards without it helping. Since you're having problems conceiving, it's worth a shot though. Good luck.

I dont know about sloping uterus, but i am 34 weeks pregnant and i got pregnant 1st go thanks to a bbc book called "make me a baby". It tells you how to work out ovulation day and it says to put pillow under your a__s and hold your legs up in the air for 20 minutes to let gravity do its best. Great advice and it worked for us!! what you are expelling is s____nal fluid, not sperm but like mary said, prop your booty up for a few minutes & don't laugh or cough!
