Okay, me and my boyfriend had s_xual intercourse about 3 weeks ago. A few hours later, I saw some bronwish spotting. I got my period about two weeks after, but the flow was very different. It was lighter than usual, but it still came the regular (7) days that it does. I've been feeling quite a few symptoms of early pregnancy. Is it possible that I could be pregnant?

It could have been implantation bleeding, the only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test.

Is it possible for implantation to occur a couple of hours after intercourse?

No not likely, it was most likely caused from the cervix being bumped during s_x. If you are concerned about the spotting right after s_x talk to your doctor, but if you think you are pregnant do a pregnancy test as that is the only way to find out for sure.
