I am 17 and so is my bf. we have been together for 18 months. I really want 2 have s_x and he doesn't as his family is very religious and he doesn't want to have s_x until he is married. We fight about this alot, and i am caught in a dilemma cos i love him, but i want to have s_x, we mess around alot and have done everything else but s_x, but i really want to have s_x. Has anyone else ever been in a similar situation?

I'll be honest, I think he's smart. If you want him to have s_x with you at least let him propose first. I bet he'll be a bit more willing then.

YOU SHOULD BE THANKFUL THAT HE FEELS THAT WAY. THAT IS THE WAY YOU SHOULD BE. HE SOUNDS LIKE A VERY NICE GUY. IF YOU TRULY LOVE HIM YOU WILL GRANT HIS WISH AS WOULD A GUY WHO IS PRESSURING HIS GIRLFRIEND. YOU SOUND TOO WILD FOR HIM, HE IS A SMART GUY.

Hi Jay, I have been excatly where you are right now! I am married now and have been for 2 yrs. (and loving it) and we ended up deciding to wait to have s_x and even to kiss! The reason we decided not to even kiss was because it always lead to everything else! We tried to not be alone to often, especially at night! My wedding day was the first time that I kiss my husband, it was so exciting! It makes your honeymoon the best thing ever! We now have a 1 yr. old son and another on the way and we will be proud someday to tell our kids that we waited (which was VERY hard)!!!! You are still very young, if you were 20 or more I say the best thing to do is get married! S_x before marriage carries alot of guilt, so if you can wait which I know is so hard because you just love him so much, you will be so glad that you did one day! Also this guy that your with right now might not be the one you marry, and if you give yourself away now you won't be able to give your whole heart to your future husband!! So I totally understand were you are coming from! Try and hold out you will be so glad you did! I'll be thinking of you!!
