Missed 1 Pill Week Before

Hello new here hope this is how it goes I have already mc once and I am not ready to try again. I am on bc and I am due to start my period this Sunday today is Tuesday Saturday I threw up after taking the pill so I know I should use a condom well last night we didn't use one. Question is will I get this Sundays period even if I did get pregnant last night or am I in the clear if TOM shows up this Sunday?? Hope this makes sense

This seems pretty low risk. You took a chance in the last week of the cycle, with the probability of an egg being viable next to nothing. If AF does not show up, take a test before starting the next active pills, just to be sure
