NEED ANSWERS IT IS EMERGENCY

I SPENT 10 DAYS WITH MY BOYFRIEND. ON MORNIG I WENT TO SEE HIM THAT NIGHT I GOT MY PERIOD. MY PERIOD LASTED FOR 5 DAYS DURING THE WHOLE TIME I HAD UNPROTECTED SEX. FOR THE REST OF THE 5 DAYS I HAD UNPROTECTED SEX UNTIL IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO LEAVE. WE HAD SEX MORE THEN ONCE IN A DAY. I AM REALLY WORRIED I REALLY NEED TO KNOW IF I CAN BECOME PREGNANT WHILE AND AFTER HAVING YOUR PERIOD. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME IT IS AN EMERGENCY.

The good new is that you are MOST LIKELY NOT pregnant. The bad news is you have a higher chance of conceiving during ovulation. But a higher chance does not mean ONLY chance. The safest times to have unprotected s_x (Not that you should be if your not trying to get pregnant) are a couple of days before and after you period. During that time it is HIGHLY unlikely that there will be an egg present to fertilize. It is possible however. I wouldn’t worry about it, The more stress you have the more it might delay your period next cycle and then you will start thinking you’re pregnant. If you did get pregnant during this time, you should start to have signs and test positive about 2 weeks after conception. So just sit tight and take a home pregnancy test to easy your mind in 2 weeks.

Her reply is correct. If you're not trying to become pregnant, you should start taking the pill. I don't know how old you are, but I am 24 and I started taking the pill when I was 14. I went to Planned Parenthood (local women's center) on the bus, where they offered the pill for free to me until I was 18. (and I never had to tell my parents anything about it) I took total advantage of that and was able to avoid an unwanted pregnancy. I know everyone says to use condoms and whatever, but when you're actually in the moment, chances of doing that are slim, so if you have the pill you will feel a bit safer, from pregnancy at least. Just some advice if you happen to come out of the situation not pregnant, which most likely you're not.
