is there anyway to have s_x without getting pregnet like 100% sure they wont get pregnet, i no using a condem limits the chance but is there a way its impossible like if we had s_x like a week after her period so theres no egg? please tell

The only 100% way of not becoming pregnant is by not having s_x. All other methods are not 100%.
