To preface this question I must say that I'm not in a relationship with this person. We are both single and want to remain that way, it's just a casual thing. So she calls me last night to say she was pregnant. We were together approximately two weeks prior. What I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around is that that night I wore a condom and didn't ejaculate. There was a point during foreplay she took the condom off and wanted to be teased but there wasn't any insertion. There was some rubbing on the outside of the va___a. What are the chances that this pregnancy could be the result of that night? I told her in my previous relationship that lasted several years that I never wore a condom and pulled out every time and this person didn't ever get pregnant. So anyway, since we are not exclusive I'm having a hard time believing it's me but she's saying she hasn't been with anyone else recently and our last encounter was at least 2 to 3 months ago. Thanks in advance.

First of all, anything is possible. I do have a question. You said you were together 2 weeks prior, then at the end you said your last encounter was 2 or 3 months ago. Were you intimate 2 weeks ago? What I'm trying to find out is, how long ago was your last intimate encounter with her? And the one before that.
It takes at least 6 to 7 weeks to realize you are pregnant. Maybe 5 for some women. I was 2 months pregnant when I realized I was pregnant with this baby. Right now the only thing I could tell you to do, is attend her doctor's appts. They can calculate from her last period, but it's not accurate. And they might do an ultra sound to find out how far a long and give a better date of conception. If they don't so an ultra sound in the first trimester, ask them to do one. It's more accurate.
I hope that helps you out. It's about all I know. Good Luck

Thanks for your response. Yes, this question is about the intimate encounter two weeks ago. Actually my concept of time is off on the previous s_xual encounter was more like 7 or 8 months. She just discovered this pregnancy 4 days ago. So if you're saying it take 6 to 7 weeks to realize you're pregnant then I don't think I can be the father.

I'm glad I can help. But talk to her doctor first, and ask for an ultra sound. It's a little more accurate for the date of conception. I wouldn't just take her word for it, I would get it straight from the one who knows more. I have never heard of anyone knowing they were pregnant after only two weeks, even the ones trying.
Good luck

I have found out that I was pregnant 2 weeks post conception (which is considered 4 weeks pregnant)at the first missed period. so Shea, no disrespect, but I disagree with the 6-7 week estimate. Not sure what that means.
Anyway, n2b- If you find out the first day of her last period. Conception typically occurs mid cycle or approximately 2 weeks before the missed period is expected. Good luck.
