If he said that he had came, and I did not have any sperm come out if me, did he really put sperm inside of me? Afterward I got up for 2 min. but after that layed down for an hour. Will this make his sperm stay inside of me?

If he came inside of you, the sperm is already making its way through your body. When a man ejaculates, a TON of sperm is released. So, even if you stood up for a little bit, it won't make a difference. Yes, some could drain out, but the majority is on its way. Good luck!

the sperm will go through the cervix before you're even done having s_x if he came in you. the first "shot", if you will, has the majority of the sperm in it. the rest are just to push them closer to where they need to be. it probably came out already and if not, it will.
