Spotting Seen After Regular Period

Hi.. I am 25 yrs old.. we recently got married (less than 5 months). I recently had my period from 17th of march to 22nd of march. And after 5 days, that is on 26th of march I see some spots of blood again for 2 days till now. And its still going on. Is this sign of pregnancy????
