Think I M Pregnant And Need Help

Okay so I've missed my period by 1 week now. I had bad pelvic pain a week ago and schedules an appointment to go to get an ultrasound of my pelvic area to see what the pain was caused by. i took a pregnancy test the day of my missed period and it came out negative so that kind of put my hopes down. My question is, when i go to get the ultrasound and they check my pelvic to see what was causing pain can they see if i am pregnant without necessarily looking for it?

That's a question for the ultrasound tech. Ask lots of questions - no point in going for a test and not getting max feedback. Seems like you would have more early preg signs to talk of if pregnant. Mayb you had a cyst which already resolved. GL!
