Well me and my Best guy Friend, Do things all the time with out condoms.. i cant be on birth-control due to blood cloths in the family. Well while im on my period he finishes inside me and i just go and clean myself out.. well the past two weeks he has been finishing inside me and then i go and clean out with soap and water.. Does that really work or should i be worried im pregnant????? someone please let me know.. without saying how stupid i am for doing this.. i know im dumb.. i already have a 3 year old and im not ready for another..

Soap and water does nothing to prevent pregnancy, and in fact upsets the delicate balance of the v____a and can make you more prone to infections. If you are actually douching, there are some theories that can actually help you to conceive since the incoming water forces the s____n further up your v____a towards your cervix.
Your chances of conceiving this way are about the same as someone who used no method of contraceptives at all.
If you aren't pregnant already start using a real form of birth control. I know no one likes condoms (I can't use hormonal methods of contraceptive either), but they are very effective in preventing unwanted pregnancies. There are some other forms of birth control such as a non-hormonal IUD too. You would need to make an appointment to discuss those options with your doctor though.
