im 7 months pg and want to eat dirt and rocks what does this mean?

Very Normal actually. It is a sign of a nutrient deficciency and if you go to your next OB appt. Make sure to tell them. My doctor always asks about dirt and rocks etc. Don't fear just call your doctor.
