uhm if i missed my period for a whole month, but then get it the next month, 12 days before my date, yeah i got my period but only for a day and 1/2 and it was really light, can that happen to women and still be pregnant? please i need advice im soo confused and my test come out neg, but the doc said that maybe my hormones arent "readable" yet for me to wait and see if i get it next month, should i do a hpt?

Alot of women get their menstrual cycle while they are pregnant some have normal periods, while others have spotting here and there so to answer you question on whether or not you should take a hpt first ask yourself a question did you have unprotected s_x? If the answer is yes then I would purchase a test or save a few dollars and go to your Doctor. GOOD LUCK!
