I suppose it depends on where he ejaculated, if he ejaculated on my your v____a but not in it. sperm will find its find way :)but, the chances of getting pregnant like this are slim! Yes you can get pregnant with cancer of the uterus depending on what type you have, and if your whole uterus and everything is still there. I would need more info for a better answer.
