Late Period But Negative Pregnancy Test

okay, heres the situation: i didnt have s_x with my boyfriend, but he has been fingering me a lot in the past month, and i know that theres a possibility that if he had sperm on his fingers, i could be pregnant. my period is now 5 days late. its never been this late before. 2 days ago, i took a pregnancy test and it was negative. i dont really seem to have any symptoms of pregnancy, but i dont seem to have my same symptoms on PMS either. im bloated, and my back has been hurting. also, my stomach has felt kinda tight, but not like im cramping or sick. i know that my chances were already slim of being pregnant, however, i cant figure what may be wrong with me. any ideas as to what could be going on?
