Plan B And My Period

Heyy, Grandpa Viv, I had s_x with my boyfriend a few days before my period. The condom broke and we didn't realize it until after. I took plan b 44hrs after this all happened and I still haven't gotten my period, so now we're a little freaked out. I heard that plan b does screw with your hormones, but I'm not 100% right now as to what's going to happen to my period because I took the pill when I was about to start. It's only been a few days. My period is between 28-30 days usually. The only symptoms I have are nausea, headache and I guess I picked up a UTI. I usually have medium to heavy flowing periods that last just under a week. I really want to know why I'm all out of wack, about when I should expect my period again and my chances of being pregnant right now.

S_x in the week before your period is not high risk - really no call to take Plan B. Did you fool around some two weeks before your period? You could take a test this weekend using first morning pee. Your signs are some encouraging, including the UTI which can be caused by changes in pH in the v____a. How about fatigue, more peeing, b___st and nip changes, upset gut, lotion discharge, appet_te and smell changes, sttuffy nose, dreams etc?

Encouraging of what? This was the first time we have had s_x in months since he's been back and forth between army training camps all year. My b___sts don't get sore or anything and I don't have a stuffy nose, but everything sounds pretty on point!

Now that you have told me that was your only exposure, outside the fertile window, I would lay money on your not being pregnant. Your signs are due to hormones in Plan B. Take a test to be double sure. Get your own condoms and approved lubricant so that you know they are not past the use-by date and have been properly stored. Watch a youtube video on how to put them on correctly.
