Not much of a chance. If you were in your fertile window and some of his wet sperm got in your v____a (arouond rather than through the clothing, then I would be a little worried. How would you feel about using spermicidal foam or insert from here on out? He doesn't even have to know you put it in. Keep using the foam even if you start having s_x with a condom.
