Can a mpregnecy test from the store tell you if you are pregney in 3 days after you had s_x? Or do you think a blood test will be the only way to detect it this early?

Not even a blood test will tell you that early -- it takes time for the fertilized egg to implant itself after having s_x. Which happens at about 8-10 days afterwards. You may be able to get an accurate blood test result after about 10 days.
