I had took a blood, and urine pregnacy test when I was 14 days late for my menstrual, they also tested me for thyroid abnormities. Well everything was a big fat negative. I was so sure that I was pregnant. I have been having headaches, dizziness, exhaustion, urinating more freguently and on accasion some nausea. My doctor told me that I should wait until I miss a second cycle before I considered other options to find out if Im really pregnant. Well Im about 21 days late now and Im so tired of waiting. I still have all the symptoms and the urination has become really frequent, I even find my self waking up at all times of the night to run to the restroom. i have a one year old daugter and it took 3 months to get a positive test. She was already a fetus when I found out. Well I really dont want that to happen again. Do you think I should request more testing from the doctor or should I just wait it out a few more weeks? I heard that you can get an ultra sound and find out that way, But I don't want the doctor to assume I don't trust him, and I don't want to be pushy. But I also don't want to wait forever. Maybe I should go back to my old doctor, he know my history a little better. Oh yea that reminds me, I took a HPT a while back before I got tested at the doctors. It had one pink line and it had a line that was clear colored but it was very visible. Is that crazy or what. Im trust going to treat myself as if Im pregnant because if I do end up waiting longer, at least this time I can say that Ive taken daily vitamins and have been cautious at work. please if you have any advise feel free.
