Chest Tightness Ever Been An Early Sign

Hi.
I have been having some chest tightness lately, especially when I lay down.
There is a chance I could be pregnant and will make an appointment for the doctor this weekend, but I was just wondering if anyone here could give me an early insight and tell me if chest tightness is ever a symptom in early pregnancy.
Most likely I am less than a month along if I am pregnant.

Are you saying you are two weeks late? I have never seen anyone post "chest tightness" as a sign, unless it is your version of "heavier b___sts". Weird cramps, fatigue, more peeing, lotion discharge, b___st and nip signs are the most common. GL!
