I just had my Mirena IUD out a couple of weeks ago and my hubba and I are wanting baby #3. I have shown some of the early signs: light cramping (not really painful, just annoying), light spotting, and my br___ts seem somewhat larger, but they don't hurt. I know it's quite a leap from what I just described to actually being prego....but I'm just wondering, is this possible? Could my body already know if I am? I feel silly asking this, because I did not know right away with my first two. Also, yesterday, I woke up vomiting and had the mother of all migraines. I feel silly, like I said before...I'm just not sure what to do. I guess all I can do is wait a couple of weeks and take a test....help!
