Severely Confused And A Little Scared

OK, so last month my br___ts were VERY sore all month, not normal. My period was only 4 days in length and VERY heavy, not normal, both in length and severity. Now this month my chest has been very sore all over again and I'm having sharp lower back pains and strange abdominal cramps...any thought??
