i had a baby almost 4 months ago, i had a period in january and did not have one in feb. i think i might be pregnant again. i took a home pregnancy test and saw an almost invisible line. this morning i stated spotting, but have not fully started my period. i have also been cramping for 2 weeks. what should i assume?
