Hi I am br___tfeeding my 5month old 3 times a day. For about 2.5 -3 months I have had pregnancy symptoms from, headaches, dizziness, nausea on and off, fatigued, increase in appet_te, I have gained a few kilos, cramps and twinges near ovaries. I have not had a bleed since the birth. I have done 3 home tests and neg and blood test which is neg. but I still feel pregnant and I eat certain foods and feel nauseous. Could I be pregnant and nothing showing up as I am br___tfeeding? Or is it just the hormones going back to normal. I have an older child and never had this after I gave birth to him. Confused.

Regular b___stfeeding certainly reduces the chance of pregnancy, and this is confirmed by negative tests and absent menstruation. I don't think continued early preg signs are normal at this stage. Can you ask your doctor what else might be causing unusual hormone levels?

I went to doctors and they tested everything, iron, sugars etc but all were ok. But no other ideas.
