Ok, so this is my 2nd pregnancy. I misscarried the first one at 13 weeks, back in Jan '12. I didnt have any bleeding or spotting of any sort. Now, I am about 4 maybe 5 weeks along, and last night got some bleeding. It was redder than normal for my normal period, accompanied with off and on cramping that feels like normal period cramping.i only bleed when i use the bathroom, other than that i just spot brown blood on my pantiliners throughout the day. twins run in the dad's side of the family, and I've been reading alot of stuff online that implantation bleeding COULD be heavier/apparent with twins, and dehydration could cause the cramping... I have always had a probem with dehydration and im waiting for y apopintment to meet with a doctor, but it would be nice to get some helpful info in the mean time... I'm 23 and scared to death because I want this baby more than anything. I've had 4 positive pregnancy tests and have skipped my entire periodand havent bled at all until lst night. Does anyone have any yay's or ney's??
