Montgomery Glands Neg Test

hi, my name is chelsea. my husband and i have been trying to concieve for over 1.5 years. ive noticed in the past week i have developed these little bumps on the area around my nipples? i look it up online and found out its montgomery glands. i am currently 5 days until my missed period but anxious that i could be pregnant i look a first responce test. the result was neg. my period ranges from 28 to 30 days apart. i have never seen these bumps on my nipples before. they make my nipples look spotted. is there anything besides pregnancy that could cause these to show up all of a sudden?

** according to my period calculator i am only 9 days past my ovulation day. does that make a difference?

** the only symptoms i have experienced that is new is light acne, fatigue, i cant sleep...if i do its only for a few hours before im up again, and minor cramping
