I'm 23 weeks pregnant. I am becoming very concerned. I'm not showing AT ALL.
I am nauseous, dizzy, and cold all the time. But I haven't started my period. Is it possible my body doesn't know i miscarried?

How do you know you are pregnant? Why do you think you miscarried? Are you not having regular doctor checkups during this pregnancy? I think you should start!

I went to my local health department and i took two tests to make sure. I feel like i miscarried, because i'm not showing at almost six months. I still have all the symptoms though, so I'm not sure. I would, if i had the money. I'm doing what i can to save money.

I think you would know it for sure if you miscarried. Did the Health Department not set you up with monthly visits? What has me wondering is that the symptoms don't usually continue as intense in the second trimester. Can you go back to the Health Department for a check-up?
