Most women find it takes a long time to get pregnant after Depo - six to nine months after the last shot. Your signs might be nothing more than a return to fertility. My suggestion is to run a cheap test on first morning pee just once a week. If the symptoms continue for weeks with no positive, a doctor check-up would be in order.
