Stopped Bleeding On 3rd Day Of Periods

My periods date was 10th and i got 2 days ealier... on 1st and 2nd day there was spotting of light brown with red.... today on 3rd day my bleedin is almost stopped... can i know why this happens... please very much worried...

That could have been implantation spotting. Did you have sexual exposure two weeks before your period? Do you have any other early pregnancy signs? Run a home preg test some morning soon and repeat w week later if still in doubt.

Yes, I had but it was a safe one.. and no other signs like giddiness, headache, backache, etc..

That would be a store bought test run at home on first morning pee. You can pee directly on the test or dip it. The instructions come with the test, including how many minutes later to read the result.
