soo ima get str8 to the point iwas s_xually active with my ex. after took my birth control. a few days later iforget a pill and the next day itook the one iforgot and the one for that day. soo lately my ovaries hurt and im spotting. iforgot my pill yesterdaii again and took that one and today's TODAY. but im spotting. could i b pregnant??

Even with a perfect pill routine, pregnancy is sometimes possible. The more messed up your pill-taking becomes, the greater the chance. So far you have not delayed taking a pill by more than 24 hours, and the manufacturer says this is usually acceptable. Most likely your cramps and spotting result from your body being confused by irregular hormone levels. Take a home pee test before starting your next active pills, just to be sure. Consider Nuvaring or some other less easily forgotten method of birth control, or get in the habit of insisting on condoms too. GL!
